Who we are: We are Comme Deux, a brand fully owned and operated by Goodiebox ApS., a company registered in Artillerivej 86, 5th floor, 2300 Copenhagen, Denmark, CVR no. 34 08 72 88 (together with our parent or sister companies, “Comme Deux”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
What are these terms: These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to any interaction we may have; if you access and use our online shop (the “Website”), or when you purchase a product (the “Product(s)”). These Terms and any applicable privacy policies, additional terms, or updates, constitute your agreement with us.
Please take a moment: Before placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound and abide by these Terms. Should you have any questions, you can always contact us at email@example.com; we love hearing from you, even about legal details. It is important that you understand these Terms as they intend to protect you, as a consumer. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access our Website, nor order our Products.
Changes to the Terms: You are bound by the conditions that apply at the time you placed your order. Sometimes we may modify our Terms to reflect any changes to our Products and offerings; in this case, we will post the update directly on our Website.
You can only order a Product if you are 18 years old or older. Once you have ordered a Product, we will confirm the transaction by sending you a confirmation message to the email address you provided. The agreement between you and us only starts after we have sent you the confirmation email or when the Product is being delivered to you. The presentation of the Products is not a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. It is our sole responsibility and at our sole discretion to accept entering into an agreement with you after you fulfilled an order. All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, and price of the Products as described on the Website are subject to change at any time and without notice (subject to the stocks). Therefore, the inclusion of any Products does not imply or warrant that these Products will be available at all times.
With the exception of obvious errors (not limited to typographical errors), the prices stated on the Website include VAT and apply at all times. Additional costs for shipping may apply - these extra costs will be made clear during the order process on the checkout page. We currently deliver to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Germany, Italy, France, Poland, Spain and Switzerland. ️If your order is less than DKK 299,00 / EUR 40,00 / SEK 440, 00 / NOK 420 / CH 40, the cost of shipping will depend on your shipping location. Unless otherwise stated in the checkout page, shipping costs for Denmark is DKK 39,00 / for Sweden SEK 55,00 / for Norway NOK 50,00 / for the rest of Europe EUR 7,50 (or equivalent in CH). Promotions, offers and discounts cannot apply retroactively, and cannot be combined with existing discounts or price promotions. We offer various payment methods such as, depending on your location, credit/debit card, Paypal, and Direct Debit options (Bancontact, Klarna, MobilePay). Although we do our best to offer a range of options, we cannot be held responsible for payment methods not available in certain countries. All Products ordered remain our property until payment has been fully made.
Delivery time estimation is provided during the checkout and/or in your order confirmation. We always do our best to deliver the Products as quickly as possible - generally within 5 working days from the order confirmation unless otherwise stated. We will not be held responsible if you provided us with wrong or incomplete shipping information, or if you failed to collect your order from the delivery address you have chosen. You cannot change your delivery address after payment is confirmed and, in the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to such a failure and/or if we have to send you the order again, we reserve the right to charge an additional reasonable sum to compensate for any extra costs in logistics. We encourage you to reach out immediately to our customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org) in case of an issue with your delivery details, but we will not be held responsible for late delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information. Our responsibility ends when the order has been delivered at the indicated address; it is then your responsibility to collect it properly. In case of delays that are beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and, should this delay become substantial (although not caused by us but by an external event), we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payment you may have made in this regard. If a Product is unfortunately sold out, and therefore not available anymore, we reserve the right not to deliver it; in this case any undue payment will be immediately refunded.
As a user, you agree that any content, materials, text, images, videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, music, software, the design of the Products, and any other elements available on the Website are our property or our licensors’, affiliates’, partners’, and are protected by intellectual property or proprietary rights and laws. You therefore acknowledge and agree to use the Website for your personal and non-commercial use only. This means that you acknowledge and agree not to sell, licence, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, adapt, edit, modify or create derivative works from any content or materials on the Website. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferrable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Website. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice to you, to revise the products and services available on the Website, and to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Website. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for doing so, and we may also limit the use of the Website or restrict your access (partially or entirely) without notice or penalty. You are responsible for the content you upload or post on this Website.
We value our customers’ engagement. Your ratings help improve our products and services and, thus, your customer experience. When providing us with reviews, please bear in mind the following:
- you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works, and sublicense such materials or any part of such materials. You hereby represent, warrant and covenant that any material you provide does not include anything (including but not limited to, text, images, music or videos) to which you do not have the full right to grant us the licence as specified above;
- you further represent, warrant and covenant that any materials you provide will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material. We will be entitled to use any content submitted by you without incurring obligations of confidentiality, attribution or compensation to you;
We prohibit anyone from publishing inappropriate content and prevent from adding a review, comment, or any content which may include:
- defamous, abusing, harassing, stalking, threatening content, or that otherwise violates the legal right (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
- obscenities, discriminatory language or other language not suitable for a public forum;
- advertisement, “spam” content, or references to other products, offers or websites;
- email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, mail addresses or any other types of contact information from others or from yourself;
- unduly critical or spiteful comments of other content posted on the page or its authors;
- files that contain software or other materials protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy and publicity) unless you own or control such rights, or have expressly received all necessary consents to do so; or,
- files or contents that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar softwares or programs that may damage the operation of another device.
You have a right to withdraw for thirty (30) days from the day the Product(s) you ordered has/have been delivered. To exercise such a right, you must inform us at email@example.com by means of a clear statement (you can use the attached model cancellation form, which is not mandatory) within this period of time. We will refund the payment relating to the purchased Product(s) (minus any and all shipping costs that occurred to us; e.g. while sending you the Product(s) or regarding the return label) - without undue delay - and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day we received your notification of cancellation and/or the Products to be returned. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and no fees shall apply for such a repayment. No cancellation will be deemed valid if the Product(s) is/are lost due to a lack of process from your side. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised orders.

If you want to return a Product for another valid reason (e.g., if you believe that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and notify you (by email or any other available means) within a reasonable period of time with the details of your repayment, unless replacement of the Product is possible instead. To get a replacement or get reimbursed you shall absolutely contact our customer support within fourteen (14) days from delivery of the Product(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org, and follow the steps as indicated therein. No refund will be possible if you did not follow our process and that we cannot check the status of the returned Product(s). If you do not pick up your Product(s) at the delivery address (as agreed in the checkout flow), you will not be able to claim any refund, and not picking it up will not be considered as an order cancellation either. Furthermore, you will not be able to claim a lost item to charge the payment back to your bank account if you did not claim that the product was lost on our end before. This means that any unfair chargeback might be followed by an action in recovery, from us directly or via a debt collection agency.
We comply with all applicable laws, and especially the Danish Purchase Act (LBKG 2003-03-28 no. 237). Thus, we are solely liable for a breach of these Terms, and only for a total amount equal to the value of your order, unless there are cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for the content of our third-party partners’ websites; in the event that we offer links to other websites, we clearly point out that these are related to external content for which we do not assume any liability. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of their linking, whereby such were not recognizable. We do not conduct any ongoing evaluations of the linked pages unless a legal violation is brought to our attention.
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend us, our parent subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses of defence including attorney’s fees, in any way arising from or related to your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, defamatory or infringing content posted to the Website by you, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We are not responsible for any failure to perform or delay in fulfilling any obligation caused by events beyond our control (“Force Majeure Event”). Force Majeure Event means any act, event, circumstance or occurrence, or any combination of such events or circumstances (or any of the consequences thereof) which renders it impossible for us to perform all or part of its obligations under these Terms; which is unforeseeable, and beyond our reasonable control - provided that we have taken all steps which it could reasonably be expected to have taken to prevent such an act or event from occurring (or any of its consequences). Force Majeure Events may include, but are not limited to, strikes, lockouts or other professional actions; fire, floods, explosions, pandemics; wars or the engagement of hostilities, government requirements, civil disturbances or threat of terrorist attack; inability to use railways, ships, aircraft, automobiles, or other public or private transport; and inability to use public or private telecommunications networks. We will make all reasonable efforts to end the Force Majeure Event or to find a solution that will allow us to meet our obligations despite such a Force Majeure Event.
These Terms and all matters relating to the Website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Disputes arising from these Terms and all matters relating to the Website shall be resolved by the Danish civil courts. We do not participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (such as the European Commission platform for online dispute resolution). If one or more provisions of these Terms is/are declared to be ineffective by a law or a legally binding court decision, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Our failure to partially or fully exercise any of our rights, or the waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not prevent our subsequent exercise of such rights or be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

About Comme Deux Products
DOES COMME DEUX TEST ITS PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?
Absolutely not. First, because we don’t believe in that. Second, because we follow a strict EU regulation which bans animal testing for cosmetic products.
ARE COMME DEUX PRODUCTS VEGAN?
️Yes - all Comme Deux products are vegan.
WHERE ARE COMME DEUX PRODUCTS MADE?
We make our products in the best factories in the EU, mostly in Italy.
DOES COMME DEUX USE PARABENS?
️No we don’t! There are so many great alternatives to keeping our products well preserved.
DO COMME DEUX PRODUCTS CONTAIN PERFUME?
️No. Our skincare and makeup products are all perfume-free.
DOES COMME DEUX USE NATURAL INGREDIENTS?
️Yes, we do! Mother Nature is actually our greatest inspiration and whenever possible or when it makes best sense we use natural ingredients.
I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN, CAN I USE COMME DEUX?
It is not possible to give any guarantees for not reacting, and it’s always a good idea to patch test a cosmetic product before using it.
It has nothing to do with the quality of the product. It’s the same with food! An orange does not contain preservatives, dyes or any perfumes that can trigger an allergic reaction, but still some persons can get negative/allergic reactions. Nothing is wrong with the orange – it’s an intolerance of the person for a given element in the orange.
